With each website package we offer, you will receive 2 years of free WorxVault™ Hosting and WorxCare™ Ongoing Maintenance to ensure that your website is fast, available and fully maintained.

We handle all of the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance, including urgent security updates, backups, plugin updates and more. We'll even throw in time each month which can be used to submit any changes you wish to make to your website.

Your peace of mind is our goal, and we provide that to our clients every day.

We will professionally write all of the content for your site at no additional cost. Once we post the site for you to view (prior to launch,) you are welcome to request changes to anything doesn't quite fit your company. You are also welcome to write all, or a portion, of the content yourself.

Yes. For the first 24 months, while you are under contract, all packages include WorxCare™. Each month we include time for you to send any changes you wish to make to your site, and we'll make them for you.

Once your contract is complete, you may subscribe to a WorxCare™ plan to continue the same great ongoing maintenance and support.

Yes, every website package includes WorxVault™ Business-Class Hosting, free for the two-year term of your contract.

We believe that if you're going to make an investment in a new website, it makes sense to have an experienced professional looking after it.

In the past, we have offered website design as a one-time purchase, with ongoing maintenance as an add-on. In most cases, our clients would elect to "do the maintenance themselves," but only a handful ever found the time to do so. Their brand-new website simply sat and degraded, and after a couple of years they were deemed old or broken, and the process began again. This seems like such a wasteful and inefficient way of treating an investment, so we decided to make a change that would benefit every client.

By including ongoing maintenance, we take care of all of the technical details behind the scenes to ensure that your website, template and all of the plugins are updated and working properly, extending the life of every website, and offering a foundation that can be built upon rather than thrown away.

Your contract term is 24 months, at which time you may elect to renew your contract (see benefits below,) switch to an ongoing Website Care Plan, or move your site to new hosting and manage it yourself.

Absolutely, and our websites are incredibly easy to make changes. If there are some things you wish to handle yourself, feel free to do so. We'll be there to back you up if you get stuck, make a mistake, or simply have a question.

Storing email and website traffic on a single server is not the best way to maintain the efficiency and security of a server. As content management and website functionality have increased server loads, it has become necessary to separate the two in order to maintain the speed for website traffic.

We use WordPress optimized servers to quickly provide website content to your potential customers. As a result, we do not host or store email traffic. We recommend that you use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to securely maintain your emails separately. Learn more about our recommendations:
